"37 weeks and 6 days today" WOW Full Term...

Yay! I'm so excited I am to finally be able to say, we have made it to week 37 and 6 days today !!! YES IT'S TRUE, HARD TO BELIEVE. This has been an amazing experience and journey. Now just knowing that any day in the next few weeks this beautiful little boy could be born and this is the best feeling I could ever have. I have been extremely lucky so far and cont. to count my blessings and prayers that Ashton cont. to allow me to have a natural birth with drugs- sorry no a fence but I cant handle pain so great. The doctor thinks I will go all the way to my due date so were going to see how it goes...

I wont be starting my maternity leave for 2 weeks, I plan to work up to the end so I can spend all my time with him when he gets here. I still have quit a lot to rap up at work the next 2 weeks and this will be a great time for me to cram it all in. In the mean time I am looking forward to this new adventure, I keep thinking about it and know that no matter what I think it could all be different then, what I expect but that will be the surprise in it.

Jonathan and I are doing great too..He has been so cute calling and checking on me a few times a day to make sure all is ok... We both will be working close to home starting next week just in case he get's "the call" from me.
Were both so excited... We cant wait. We will be taking one more trip this weekend up to the central coast/valley for my aunts 70th birthday and I'm super excited to spend that time with Jonathan and enjoy each others company and time together for the holiday weekend. I go back to the doctors on Friday and will let you all know the update...

I have two more things to say...

My girls from work threw me a surprise Baby shower on Friday night in OC... It was so great and they spoiled my little guy. They all pitched in a bought the travel system and my partner in crime got Ashton his first 3 Tiffany pieces. You all know how I love those blue boxes... :) The plate, bowl and cup are so cute. I just love it. My field stylist are to much and super cute- they decked Ashton out with the hottest out fit for the holiday season with Designer jeans, top and hoodie, from Nordies... As Jonathan says he's got jeans as expensive as his mom and he thinks Ashton is going to put him to shame with his wardrobe real soon. And he's not even here yet!!!
It was a great night and I loved all the goodies/ clothes and surprise party they throw me.. Thank you Lisa, you did an wonderful job!!! Your the BEST!!!!

Then yesterday I went and got pampered- it was so nice and truly needed. I went to the La Costa Resort and Spa and had a maturity massage and lavender scrub. It was great and felt so good. With all the travel I have done it really helped me out. As I cant really sleep much and have to get up at least every two hours to go to the bathroom. But I know that's my body preparing me... The day of relaxing and just me doing it was really nice and quite. I have not had a day like that in I don't know how long. I want to go back, maybe after the baby comes but- baby's are expensive so will see. :)

I guess that's it for now...I promise I will work harder to update this the next few weeks as I get closer to my due date.

Hope you're feeling well. You're lucky not to be in the IE right now. Weather is crazy hot! I hope the best possible delivery for you and the baby. You'll be in my thoughts and prayers! I'll let you know as soon as she's born. Sooooo exciting!
