So I was traveling last week like always and when I finally got home I was so happy. My little pumpkin was trying so hard to pull up on my leg the Sunday 4/18 before i left and on Saturday 4/24 Ashton decided he was going to take mommy's legs and pull up and then-step. Oh YES I said STEP.... And he did...then lost his balance and down on to his butt. It was pure priceless. WOW, where has this time gone. My little pumpkin who was so little but strong and active very quick is heading in the direction to want to walk so bad. He is now fully crawling as of this week and loving it. He has been for the last month just doing the military crawl as my dad refers to it as. He would roll over and then crawl a bit to what he wanted and that was it now were in full on follow mode. It's so cute to watch and he will stop and smile from ear to ear.
So as i said we had a bit of a milestone we actually had two. Also last Saturday morning we were playing "patty cake" about 20 times over and by that time I got him to clap (no noise but the clap and the giggle at me. He then came closer to me on the floor and put my hands together with his. I couldn't believe my eyes. He's so attentive and loves to follow my lead as we read books, play together or i will be playing and talking with him and he will just watch my every last move.
